Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. soft shortening
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add the next 5 ingredients; fold in blueberries.
    Spread in a 9-inch tube cake pan.
    Cover with topping.
