Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix
together\toil,
sugar,
eggs
and
vanilla.
Sift together
flour, spices, salt and soda.
Add to first mixture. Fold in
apples
and pecans.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan or loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until pick comes out clean.
