Texas Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block Monterey cheese
    1 block sharp cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can jalapeno relish
    1 jar picante salsa (use half jar)
Preparation
    Shred cheese to spread in bottom of pan (ungreased).
    Smooth beaten eggs over cheese.
    Spread jalapeno relish on top.
    Add half jar of picante salsa.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
