Zucchini And Swiss Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 zucchini squash, sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced in rounds
1 green pepper, sliced in rounds
1 c. celery, sliced on the diagonal
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallots, minced
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. each: oregano, basil and chives
dash of Tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute zucchini in small amount of margarine until just crisp-tender.
Pour off liquid.
Making several layers, use all the vegetables, seasonings and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly, hot and brown.
