Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. chicken wings
    8 to 10 oz. apricot jam or preserves
    1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut up wings; discard tips.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Arrange wings in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan in single layer.
    Cook 1/2 hour, drain fat, covered, repeat.
    Cover with jam mixed with soy sauce.
    Cook 20 to 30 minutes until brown and glazed.
