Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs or substitute
    2 c. skim milk
    1 lb. light sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. lo-fat cheese
Preparation
    Saute sausage and drain and roll in paper towels.
    Beat eggs, milk and salt.
    Layer sausage, cheese and cubes of bread in a casserole dish.
    Pour egg mixture on top.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
