Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rhubarb (or enough to fill 9-inch pie pan)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cut stalks of rhubarb in 1/2-inch pieces before measuring. Mix sugar, flour and eggs.
Add to rhubarb and bake in one crust with lattice strips across top.
Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
