Crunchy Garden Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation

Combine shredded cabbage, celery, cucumber and green pepper. Stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and paprika.
Pour mayonnaise mixture over vegetables; toss to coat vegetables.
Cover and chill.
Garnish with pimiento. Makes 8 servings.
