Ham Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (18 oz.) bottles barbecue sauce (tomato base)
1 bottle Ken's Country French dressing with Vermont honey
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 small can crushed tomatoes
2 (5 to 6 lb.) picnic hams
Preparation

Boil hams in water for 2 to 4 hours, until ham falls off bone. When the ham has cooled, pull meat off the bone and shred (by hand).
Combine barbecue sauce, pineapple, dressing and tomatoes in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add sauce to ham and bake (uncovered) in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours to cook down.
Stir occasionally.
Much better a day or two later.
