Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 slices white bread
1 lb. sausage, cooked
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix cubed bread, sausage, eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard together.
Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan and let set overnight.
In the morning, cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top and return to oven for 15 minutes.
Take out and let set for 10 minutes before serving.
