Special Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef chuck roast (about 2 inches thick)
2 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Place roast in center of heavy foil in roasting pan.
Brush with A.1. steak sauce and sprinkle with onion soup.
Then spread with mushroom soup.
