Oven Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs (plain or Italian)
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    garlic powder
    pepper or paprika
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut them into wedges.
    Place the other ingredients in bag and shake mix.
    Put potato wedges in and shake to coat.
    Arrange on a flat-bottomed pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done.
    The longer baked, the chewier they get. Serves 4.
