Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) rump roast, sliced and pounded
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    dash of parsley
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Flour and pepper the meat.
    In a large frying pan, brown the meat and then remove so you may brown the remaining meat.
    In the same pot, fry onions and peppers about 5 minutes.
    Then add mushrooms, garlic, parsley, bouillon cube and wine.
    Return the meat to the pot.
    Cook slowly.
    Turn the meat every half hour. Should cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours (or the whole meat mixture can be put into a Pyrex dish, covered and cooked in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours).
