Easy Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped onions
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can cut corn, drained
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can pink pinto or kidney beans
2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Brown and drain the ground beef.
Place in kettle or slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients in order, mixing thoroughly after each ingredient is added.
(If a thicker chili is desired, drain the fluid from the beans as well as the corn.)
Cook over a low flame or in a slow cooker for at least 3 hours.
This chili is especially good when served with cornbread.
