Icebox Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream first 3 ingredients in bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add egg; mix well.
    Stir in flour.
    Add vanilla; mix well.
    Shape into three 1-inch logs.
    Chill, covered, overnight.
    Cut into 1-inch slices.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yield:
    24 servings.
