Turkey Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 c. cooked turkey or chicken, diced
2 boiled eggs, diced
1 can mushrooms (4 oz.)
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. sliced blanched almonds
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. real mayonnaise
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir soup into mayonnaise.
Add to chicken.
Turn into a 2-quart casserole or a long casserole.
Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly, uncovered.
