Sausage Balls Or Thins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 c. Bisquick
    dash of salt
    dash of garlic
    dash of red pepper
    10 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Crumble and fry sausage; drain.
    Mix all together.
    Make small balls in palm of hand.
    You can leave them as balls or flatten with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
    Yields 20 dozen.
