Grilled Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise substitute
    1 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar substitute
    1/2 c. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 (2 1/2 oz.) chicken breast halves, skinned
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour over chicken in a shallow container.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
    Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
    Grill over hot coals 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Turn and baste every 10 minutes with marinade. Serving amount is 1 breast half at 97 calories.
    Diabetic Exchange:
    2 lean meat.
