Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. Minute rice, cooked
1/4 c. oleo or butter
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in butter.
Remove and brown ground beef.
Mix soup and soy sauce.
Mix all together and place in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 to 60 minutes.
