Quick And Easy Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 large green peppers, cut in half lengthwise
Preparation
    Mix together
    ground
    beef,
    rice, egg, onion, half cup tomato sauce,
    catsup,
    Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Arrange green pepper halves in
    an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Fill
    peppers
    with\tmeat mixture.
    Mix together remaining tomato
    sauce,
    water
    and\tsugar.\tPour
    over green peppers. Cover with tight fitting plastic wrap.
    Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 20
    to
    25
    minutes
    or until meat is no longer pink and green
    pepper
    is\ttender.
    Allow\tto stand 5 minutes before serving.
