Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. corn (about 16 ears)
    2 c. diced green peppers
    4 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onions
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 qt. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. kosher salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except corn, dry mustard and turmeric.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Add corn, dry mustard and turmeric.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Put in clean jars; seal.
    Process in hot water bath 15 minutes.
