Tim Downs' Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. celery leaves
1 large bay leaf
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cheese
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. cinnamon and cloves
3/4 tsp. allspice and oregano
2 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 rounded Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Brown meat with onion, garlic and green pepper.
Drain fat. Add celery, bay leaf, tomatoes and catsup.
Add some water, if necessary.
Add spices and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add sugar and vinegar.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
