Orange, Sweet Potato And Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large (1/2-inch thick) slices sweet potatoes
    6 thin slices orange, unpeeled
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place potato slices in greased oblong baking dish.
    Cover with orange slices.
    Top with pork chops.
    Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
