Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie shell
8 oz. Brown 'N Serve sausage, browned and cut up
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
-
Arrange bite size pieces of sausage in bottom of pie crust. Add cheese.
Pour rest of combined ingredients on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes.
Test with knife.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
