Coconut Brunch Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar and salad oil.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Generously grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan (or use smaller pans).
Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
