Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (15 oz.) cans marinara sauce or 1 (32 oz.) jar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    12 oz. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, sliced or grated
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Ricotta cheese or small curd cottage cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add water, marinara sauce and salt; bring to a boil.
    In 2-quart (11 x 7-inch) baking dish, layer hot sauce, uncooked noodles, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
