Cinnamon Quickies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves thin white sandwich bread
    16 oz. cream cheese
    butter, melted
    cinnamon
    sugar
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread.
    Flatten bread with a rolling pin. Spread each piece with a light layer of cream cheese.
    Roll slices of bread tightly.
    Cut rolls into quarters.
    Prepare a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
    Dip each roll into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon and sugar mix.
    Place rolls on a cookie sheet and freeze.
    When rolls are frozen, store in plastic baggies.
    When ready to serve, place rolls on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until rolls are bubbly and puffy.
