Chocolate-Peppermint Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 to 2/3 c. half and half, divided
1/4 c. finely crushed hard peppermint candy
Preparation

Combine chocolate morsels, 1/2 cup half and half and candy in a small saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes or until candy melts.
Stir in enough remaining half and half for desired consistency.
Serve warm over waffles, pound cake or ice cream.
