Warm Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, cooked, cubed and cooled
    1/3 c. green onions, sliced
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. thin strips bell pepper
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put potatoes and onions in large bowl.
    Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
    Remove to paper towel.
    Pour off all but 1 tablespoon drippings.
    Add bell pepper and cook over medium heat about 2 minutes.
    Add to potatoes.
    Pour vinegar into skillet and add salt and pepper and cook over medium heat until hot.
    Pour over potatoes and crumble bacon over top.
