Spinach And Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 stick butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
salt to taste
1 c. milk
16 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 boxes chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Preparation

Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Sift dry ingredients and add to eggs.
Add milk, cheese and well drained spinach; mix well.
Spread in pan on top of melted butter.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
