Frances Chocolate Logs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box powdered sugar
1 c. flake coconut
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix ingredients well. Form small logs. Place on wax paper and refrigerate for 1 hour. While logs are cooling, put 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels and 1/2 block paraffin wax in as double boiler (water in bottom boiler). If mixture is too thick, you may need to add a little more wax. When completely melted, dip logs in mixture, then place on wax paper. Better if kept in a cool place. Yields 50.
