Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large white potatoes, boiled with jackets on
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 bunch fresh green onions, thinly sliced (using part of tops also)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and grate.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Lightly toss potatoes, sour cream, Cheddar cheese (save a little for the top) and the onions.
    Put in a greased casserole dish.
    Put dobs of butter on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
