Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 graham cracker crust

Preparation

Mix milk and egg yolks until golden in color; add lemon juice and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into crust and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
