Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    2 c. raw shelled peanuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Add peanuts. Stir constantly and cook until mixture turns light brown in color. (This is a very important part of making peanut brittle. You want to make sure it has a good color.) Remove mixture from heat. Add the baking soda and salt.
