Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. rice, uncooked (do not use Minute rice)
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all into a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Stir once after 30 minutes.
