Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
Preparation

Use ingredients at room temperature.
Put cottage cheese through ricer into the large bowl of your mixer.
Add cream cheese and cream together at low speed for 10 minutes.
While mixer is turning, gradually add sugar, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch, sour cream and melted margarine; beat well for 5 minutes, scraping sides with a spatula.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Shut oven off; let cake cool in the oven for 2 hours.
