Turkey Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. Creamette lasagna
1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
1/2 c. water
1 large tomato, cut up
1 large carrot, grated
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt-free herb dressing
15 oz. cottage cheese
5 oz. can condensed skim milk
1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, cut up fine
1 tsp. lemon pepper herb dressing
10 oz. frozen asparagus
1/2 lb. cooked turkey breast, sliced thin
low calorie Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook lasagne and spread out side-by-side on a biscuit board. Blend next 9 ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, blend cottage cheese, skim milk, mayonnaise, parsley and dressing; set aside.
