Cranberry Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, cut in half
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups (2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch).
    Beat eggs in large bowl.
    Stir in milk, cranberries and oil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients all at once just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
