Chili Pork Chops(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
4 onion slices (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick)
4 bell pepper rings (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick)
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
Preparation

Score fat on pork chops and place in 9 x 12-inch baking dish or 7 x 11-inch dish.
Place onion slice and bell pepper ring on each pork chop.
Pour whole bottle of chili sauce over pork chops. Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on 70% power for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Yields 4 servings.
