Diet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    8 oz. box frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze out juice
    8 oz. box frozen French green beans, thawed and drained
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    4 oz. low calorie cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese (low-fat)
    Italian seasoning
    dry onion
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Add Italian seasoning, dry onion and tomato sauce.
    Mix cottage cheese and egg.
    Put spinach in a 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of meat mixture and 1/2 of cottage cheese and egg mixture.
    Add 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Put beans over cheese and add rest of meat mixture, then rest of cottage cheese and egg.
    Add 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let set 15 minutes before serving.
