Carrot-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. lemon jello
    pinch of salt
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool.
    Add all the ingredients, pour into 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Chill.
