Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. or 7 to 8 peach halves
2/3 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
Preparation
-
Mix last 5 ingredients together and pour over peaches in a pastry lined pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool.
Can serve plain with ice cream or whipped topping.
