Quick Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding (dry)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    baked pastry shell or graham cracker shell
    whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, put pineapple, sour cream, dry pudding mix and sugar.
    Mix all together by hand;
    put into baked pastry shell or graham cracker pie shell.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
    Can serve with whipped cream.
