Fruit Salad Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can fruit cocktail, drained well
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar and soda.
    Add egg, then fruit cocktail.
    Spread in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Real good if made the day before.
