Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice
    1 large green pepper, chopped fine
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt
    1 large onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender and drain.
    Fry onions and pepper, using oil or butter.
    Add to rice.
    Then add tomato paste and salt to taste and let simmer until soft.
