    1 c. flour
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    shellfish
    fish
    shoestring carrots
    thin sliced onion
    leeks or scallions
    green peas
    French cut green beans
    thin sliced potatoes (sweet)
Preparation
    Serve with soy sauce.
