Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to eggs.
    Stir in nuts and apples.
    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center.
