Mrs. Cade'S Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 bunches green onions, chopped
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    3 medium squash, sliced
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced thick
    2 tomatoes, peeled, chopped and drained
    1 uncooked puff pastry crust
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    Salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms until tender.
    Add basil, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Remove from skillet.
    Briefly saute zucchini, squash and tomatoes and combine with onions and mushrooms.
    Drain well!
    Pour into a 10-inch pie plate which has been lined with puff pastry.
