Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. baking mix (Bisquick or Jiffy)
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs and pumpkin.
Mix in baking mix and spices.
Blend in evaporated milk and vanilla.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake until set at 350\u00b0, for 50 to 55 minutes.
Refrigerate leftover pie.
