Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour (mix whole wheat and white)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Put ingredients in mixing bowl except shredded zucchini.
    Beat with mixer until moistened.
    Add zucchini; blend well.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Pour in batter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
